A Holistic Approach to Aesthetics
Our approach to aesthetic medicine works from the inside out, treating the whole body rather than isolated features. Care is naturopathic and individualized, integrating broader clinical assessment with aesthetic treatment planning. Hormonal balance, nutrient status, and digestive health are considered because of their direct influence on skin quality, collagen formation, and hair health.
When appropriate, blood work is used to guide targeted support such as nutraceuticals, hormone therapy, or peptides to support optimal outcomes. For example, estrogen plays a key role in collagen production, and as levels decline during menopause, skin may become more prone to loss of firmness and wrinkle formation — factors considered when planning care.

Aesthetic Treatments
Treatments are guided by your goals and physician assessment to ensure the most appropriate approach.
01. Neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Nuceiva)
Neuromodulators are injectable treatments that temporarily relax targeted facial muscles to soften lines caused by repeated expression and movement. Common treatment areas include forehead lines, frown lines between the brows, and crow’s feet, as well as subtle brow lift, lip flip, chin dimpling, jawline contouring, and neck band softening. Treatments are performed in precise doses, are minimally invasive, and typically require little to no downtime.
Results develop gradually over several days and generally last three to four months. Ongoing maintenance helps preserve a smooth, natural appearance while maintaining facial expression and balance.
02. Therapeutic Botox
Botulinum toxin type A is also used for medical purposes to reduce muscle overactivity and nerve signaling associated with pain and dysfunction. By relaxing targeted muscles, treatment can decrease jaw tension from clenching or grinding, reduce headache frequency in chronic migraine sufferers, and manage excessive sweating in areas such as the underarms, hands, or feet. It may also be used for certain patterns of muscle spasm and stress-related tension.
Treatments are performed in office and typically take less than 30 minutes. Effects develop over several days and may last three to six months. In some cases, extended health benefits may provide coverage for therapeutic use.
03. Hyaluronic Acid Dermal Fillers
Hyaluronic acid fillers are injectable gels designed to restore volume, refine contours, and support areas affected by age-related volume loss. Because hyaluronic acid is naturally present in the skin, these fillers integrate smoothly into tissue and provide immediate structural support. Common areas include the cheeks, lips, jawline, chin, nasolabial folds, and under-eye hollows.
Results are visible immediately and typically last between six and eighteen months depending on the area treated and individual metabolism. Treatments are tailored to maintain proportion and natural movement, with the option to adjust or dissolve the product if needed.
04. Sculptra (Collagen Biostimulator)
Sculptra is an injectable treatment made from poly-L-lactic acid that works by stimulating your body’s own collagen production rather than adding immediate volume. After injection, it gradually activates collagen rebuilding within the deeper layers of the skin, helping improve facial structure, firmness, and overall skin quality over time.
Because results develop progressively, changes appear subtle and natural as collagen regenerates over several weeks to months. A series of treatments is typically recommended, and results can last up to two years or longer in appropriate candidates.
05. Microneedling
Microneedling is a minimally invasive treatment that uses controlled micro-channels in the skin to stimulate collagen and elastin production. By triggering the body’s natural repair response while preserving the outer layer of skin, it supports improved texture, firmness, and overall skin tone.
It may be used to address fine lines, acne scarring, enlarged pores, pigmentation concerns, and skin laxity. Mild redness is common for a short period after treatment, and most patients return to normal activities within one to two days. A series of treatments is often recommended for optimal results.
06. Microneedling with Exosome Therapy
When regenerative exosomes are applied during microneedling, they penetrate more effectively through the micro-channels created in the skin. Exosomes act as cellular messengers, delivering growth factors and signaling molecules that support tissue repair, collagen production, and inflammation control.
This combination approach is used to enhance skin rejuvenation outcomes and may also support scalp and hair health. Improvements develop gradually as the skin renews over time, with minimal downtime beyond temporary redness.
07. Exosome Therapy
Exosomes are microscopic vesicles released by cells that play a role in cellular communication and regeneration. In aesthetic medicine, purified exosome formulations are applied to encourage collagen production, improve skin resilience, and support overall skin vitality.
Treatment is often paired with procedures that enhance absorption, such as microneedling. Results build progressively as cellular repair processes are activated, supporting smoother texture, improved tone, and healthier-appearing skin over time.
08. Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)
Platelet-rich plasma therapy uses a concentrated portion of your own blood to support tissue regeneration. After a small blood sample is processed, the platelet-rich portion is delivered to targeted areas through injection or in combination with microneedling.
This treatment is suited for both facial rejuvenation and hair loss treatment.
Because PRP is derived from your own blood, it is well tolerated and integrates naturally with your body’s repair processes. Treatments are performed in office, with mild temporary redness or swelling possible afterward. A series of sessions is typically recommended to support gradual regenerative improvement.
09. Radiesse® (Calcium Hydroxylapatite Filler)
Radiesse® is a biostimulatory injectable made from calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres suspended in a gel carrier. It provides immediate structural support while also stimulating the body’s natural collagen production over time. Unlike hyaluronic acid fillers, Radiesse works by reinforcing deeper tissue structure and promoting gradual skin firmness and density.
It is commonly used to restore volume and contour in areas such as the lower face and jawline, and may also be used to improve skin quality in select areas. Results develop progressively and can last a year or longer depending on treatment area and individual response.
10. Topical Peptide Therapy (GHK-Cu)
Topical peptide therapy utilizes bioactive signaling molecules that support skin repair and tissue regeneration. GHK-Cu, a copper-binding peptide naturally present in the body, plays a role in collagen production, tissue remodeling, and skin resilience.
When applied topically under medical guidance, peptide formulations may support skin firmness, texture, and scalp health. Treatment plans are individualized and may be incorporated into broader regenerative or aesthetic programs based on clinical evaluation.
11. Medical-Grade Skincare
Medical-grade skincare includes clinically formulated products designed to support skin health at a cellular level. These formulations typically contain higher concentrations of active ingredients and are selected based on skin type, treatment goals, and overall skin condition.
At Luminary Health, skincare recommendations are integrated into a broader aesthetic plan and may be used to support procedures, maintain results, and improve long-term skin quality. Product selection is guided by physician assessment to ensure suitability and safety.
Physician-Guided Approach
Luminary Health provides physician-guided aesthetic treatments delivered within a structured clinical framework. Every treatment recommendation is based on medical evaluation, individual goals, and anatomical considerations to ensure appropriate selection, safety, and balanced outcomes.

Treatment Consultation
Aesthetic treatments may be appropriate for individuals seeking non-surgical support for concerns such as fine lines, volume changes, skin texture, or hair thinning. Care is best suited to those who value consistency, medical oversight, and long-term skin and hair health rather than one-time or trend-driven interventions.
Exploring aesthetic medicine begins with a consultation. This allows the clinical team to understand your goals, review appropriate options, and determine an approach aligned with your preferences and overall health.
