Vaginal & Cervical Health
Supporting microbiome balance and cervical wellness.
01. Vaginitis (BV, Yeast, Cytolytic Vaginosis)
Recurrent vaginal symptoms such as discharge, itching, burning, or odor may reflect bacterial imbalance, fungal overgrowth, or cytolytic vaginosis. Accurate diagnosis is essential, as each condition requires a different treatment approach. Vaginal microbiome testing may be used when recurrence or treatment failure occurs.
02. HPV & Cervical Dysplasia
HPV is common and often clears naturally. Persistent high-risk strains may contribute to cervical dysplasia. While conventional care focuses on monitoring, supportive strategies may be considered to promote immune resilience and cervical health within appropriate clinical guidelines.
Menstrual & Ovulatory Health
Understanding cycle irregularities and hormone-related symptoms.
01. PMS & PMDD
Premenstrual symptoms may reflect sensitivity to normal hormone fluctuations. Treatment may include lifestyle modification, targeted supplementation, medications, or hormone modulation depending on severity.
02. Painful Periods (Dysmenorrhea)
Menstrual pain may be primary or related to underlying conditions such as endometriosis or fibroids. Persistent or worsening pain warrants evaluation.
03. Irregular Cycles
Cycle irregularity may signal ovulatory dysfunction, thyroid imbalance, prolactin elevation, PCOS, or stress-related disruption.
04. PCOS
A hormonal condition associated with irregular cycles, androgen excess, and insulin resistance. Management focuses on metabolic health, ovulation support, acne, weight regulation, and fertility when desired.
05. Endometriosis
A chronic inflammatory condition that may contribute to pelvic pain and fertility challenges. Treatment planning may include hormonal therapy, anti-inflammatory strategies, and coordinated specialist care.
Women’s Stress & Hormone Resilience
When cortisol, metabolism, and reproductive hormones intersect. Chronic stress can affect menstrual regularity, fertility, weight regulation, sleep, and mood. Evaluation may include assessment of cortisol rhythm, thyroid function, sex hormones, metabolic markers, and nutrient status. Treatment focuses on restoring physiologic balance rather than suppressing isolated symptoms.
Fertility & Preconception Support
01. Subfertility
Root-cause evaluation for female and male factor fertility.
Subfertility may be influenced by thyroid dysfunction, autoimmune conditions, PCOS, luteal phase challenges, endometriosis, prolactin imbalance, nutrient deficiencies, or metabolic factors.
Care includes laboratory evaluation, nutritional and lifestyle optimization, targeted supplementation, prescription therapy when appropriate, and coordination with fertility clinics.
02. Pregnancy & Postpartum Support
Iron Deficiency & Infusion Therapy
Iron deficiency is common during pregnancy and postpartum and may contribute to fatigue and impaired recovery. When oral iron is insufficient or poorly tolerated, intravenous iron may be recommended following laboratory assessment and delivered under medical supervision.

Perimenopause & Menopause
Perimenopause & Menopause
Hormonal transition and long-term health.
Perimenopause begins when cycles become irregular or menopause-related symptoms emerge and continues until 12 months after the final menstrual period. Menopause marks the end of ovarian estrogen production and the transition into postmenopausal health.
Hormonal shifts during this time may influence vasomotor symptoms, sleep, mood, cognition, metabolic health, bone density, cardiovascular risk, and genitourinary tissues.
Treatment planning may include bioidentical hormone therapy, non-hormonal prescription options, genitourinary therapies such as Emsella, targeted supplementation, and lifestyle support. Ongoing metabolic and cardiovascular monitoring may be incorporated where appropriate.
