Integrated Skincare Program

The Integrated Skincare Program at Luminary Health takes a whole-body approach to skin health.

Focus is on internal drivers of skin function to support effective, long-lasting results.   Rather than treating the skin in isolation, care is designed to address underlying factors that influence skin clarity, texture, aging, and resilience over time.

Program Approach

Skin health is approached from the inside out using a naturopathic, medically guided framework. Care begins with a comprehensive intake and clinical assessment, including a full medical history and appropriate laboratory testing to identify contributing factors to skin concerns.

Assessment may include blood work and functional testing to evaluate:

  • Hormonal balance, including excess androgens that may contribute to acne or facial hair growth
  • Estrogen and cortisol patterns that influence skin aging, wrinkling, and collagen health
  • Digestive health factors, including nutrient deficiencies and infections that may contribute to acne, eczema, or psoriasis
  • Food sensitivities associated with inflammatory skin responses
  • Liver and detoxification pathways that affect overall skin health

How Care Is Delivered

Treatment planning is guided by clinical findings rather than symptoms alone. Test results are reviewed in detail, and an individualized care plan is developed based on relevance and medical appropriateness.

Support may include:

  • Hormone regulation and optimization
  • Digestive and gut health support
  • Targeted nutrient support using nutraceuticals or IV therapy when indicated
  • Lymphatic and detoxification support

Progress is monitored regularly, with physician follow-up typically every 6 to 12 weeks to assess response and adjust care as needed.

HOLISTIC APPROACH

Aesthetic Care Integration

When appropriate, aesthetic treatments may be incorporated as a complementary part of care. Aesthetic medicine within this program follows a conservative, less-is-more philosophy, prioritizing natural and subtle results that align with long-term skin health.

Aesthetic Options may Include:
  • Neuromodulators and dermal fillers
  • Sculptra®
  • Microneedling for acne and skin aging, with PRP or exosomes
  • Medical-grade skincare (Vivier®)
  • Skin peels (coming soon)
Who the Program Is Suited For

The Integrated Skincare Program is well-suited for individuals seeking a medically guided, comprehensive approach to skin health – particularly those interested in addressing acne, aging skin, or inflammatory skin conditions through internal health optimization alongside aesthetic care.
